At Medicube, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping across the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped using Evri as our courier partner, and we offer free express shipping on every order.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once your order is handed over to Evri, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Total expected time from order to delivery: 2 to 5 business days (2 days handling + 1–3 days delivery).
Delivery is attempted Monday to Saturday.
Evri will notify you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

very good mask I didn't expect a very good quality product
Wow this wasn’t even fully dry yet and I was already seeing results! It’s very easy to apply and I honestly didn’t think it would work because I’ve tried many other pore targeted masks and they have done nothing. This one is definetly worth the money, I bought separate face mask brushes to apply it and I would highly recommend doing so to avoid the absorption on a normal brush which has happened to me before.
This really worked. It’s quite a small bottle and I put on too thick the first time but it unclogged my pores in minutes.I’d recommend you put on just a little to start as I used way too much and it didn’t dry within the 5 minutes. I got the hang of it the second time.I’m male and don’t really use products but I do have a problem with oil and pores so I’d thoroughly recommend this to you. It produces amazing results first time.The box has instructions in multiple languages so it’s very clear
This actually works. It takes a few weeks but it’s PERFECT. I’ve been struggling with my blackheads for a couple of years now and this product is the only one that is making visible progress. As I am experienced, I would highly recommend. Take note, it only comes with the product and not the scrubber
It clears your skin amazingly. It works like a charm. It cools the skin too. If you have a good cleansing routine using this will help on those bad days or after heavy workout / physical day.If you don’t have a good cleansing routine this will help. It makes your skin so smooth and takes all the “gunk” out allowing for fresh, clean and smooth skin.

Always had very large pores prone to blackheads on my nose, first use and this stuff cleared the pores right out and visibly improved the skin. Wasn’t sure if the hype was real but I’m impressed. No reactions either and my skin can be quite sensitive.
Wow.I have been searching for a good mask for a while and ordered this on a whim when it was on sale following seeing reviews online. I used it and once I had washed it off my skin definitely felt better less inflamed and the active acne I had had massively calmed down. Very good mask
I started using the Medicube Zero Power Mud Mask a couple of weeks ago as recommended, and I’ve already noticed a big difference. It really does clear out the pores and leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth. Of course, it works best as part of a daily skincare routine with other products, but this mask is quick, easy to use, and has genuinely helped improve my skin. I highly recommend it!

Used it twice now had 2 spots on cheek for over a year which i couldn't get rid of it seems to had dried them out now so hopefully should fade away now.

This is a wonder product for me. I have oily clogged up skin with deep blackheads. I use this twice a week and the blackheads are easy to remove my pores are smaller and skin in much better condition. I have spent over 10 years searching for something to help my skin and I finally found it. You only need a little bit so tube will last a long time
Honestly thought it would be an overhyped tiktok thing, but it really works! It obviously doesn’t completely remove pores but they look visibly smaller with just one use! 100% recommend!

By far the best I’ve used, it dries and tightens very quickly and you can see where the blackheads are. Once washed off any remaining blackheads are visible and can be wiped off with ease
