At Medicube, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping across the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped using Evri as our courier partner, and we offer free express shipping on every order.

Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times

Once your order is handed over to Evri, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

Total expected time from order to delivery: 2 to 5 business days (2 days handling + 1–3 days delivery).
Delivery is attempted Monday to Saturday.
Evri will notify you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. High order volumes, bank holidays, or address issues may occasionally cause slight delays.

Shipping Costs
We offer FREE express shipping on all orders with no minimum spend required.
There are no hidden shipping fees.
Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Evri tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your parcel easily via the Evri website or app.
