About this item
- medicube Zero Foam Cleanser is a gentle facial cleanser specially designed for those with sensitive skin. It effectively removes dirt, oil, and impurities without causing irritation, leaving the skin feeling clean and refreshed.
- A must-have in your skincare routine as it helps to control sebum, maintain moisture, and minimize pores. It contains natural ingredients like Chlorogalum leaf and root extract, Wintergreen leaf extract, and Quince that work together to keep your skin healthy and glowing.
- The Chlorogalum leaf and root extract and Wintergreen leaf extract are naturally sourced salicylic acid that gently exfoliates dead skin cells without irritating the skin. Quince tightens the pores, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and balanced.
- Wet your face with warm water, apply a small amount of the cleanser to your palm and lather it up. Gently massage it onto your face, avoiding the eye area, and then rinse off thoroughly with water. Use twice daily, in the morning and at night, for best results.

At Medicube, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping across the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped using Evri as our courier partner, and we offer free express shipping on every order.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once your order is handed over to Evri, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Total expected time from order to delivery: 2 to 5 business days (2 days handling + 1–3 days delivery).
Delivery is attempted Monday to Saturday.
Evri will notify you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Evri tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your parcel easily via the Evri website or app.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
