At Medicube, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping across the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped using Evri as our courier partner, and we offer free express shipping on every order.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once your order is handed over to Evri, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Total expected time from order to delivery: 2 to 5 business days (2 days handling + 1–3 days delivery).
Delivery is attempted Monday to Saturday.
Evri will notify you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Evri tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your parcel easily via the Evri website or app.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It's very good, didn't have any irritation, or anything, it's a lovely product & has given me a healthy glow, have just ordered two more, the only downside is the jars are quite small, but, guessing that keeps the price down.

Absolutely love this eye cream. Its lightweight and absorbes easily. It doesn't irritate my eyes after use or make them water like some other brands do. I feel that my under eye area is brighter and smoother. I think this is really good value as its a decent size for the price and seems to work well for me. I'd definitely buy again 😊

Arrived promptly, i got it in the sale, I've not long received my Medicube eye serum, but im hoping for good results based on the many Medicube cosmetics I have bought and used over past year or so, and none have disappointed me!! But ive tried it on back of my hands first just to test for allergies because I have sensitive reactive fair skin, and no allergies, I tried it one eye and it felt nice and soothing but I need more time for results to be honest.
The best eye cream I’ve ever owned. I’ve tried so many in various price brackets and this one beats them all for quality and value for money.The texture is fantastic, my eyes feel smooth and hydrated all day long, and it sits perfectly under my make up. No more dry crinkly eyes at the end of the day. It’s great overnight too. The tube is big and it goes a long way so I can see it lasting a good while. I will definitely be buying again, and have bought one for my twin, and my daughter bought one after trying it just once. The texture is creamy but it doesn’t feel heavy and doesn’t pill. I look forward to seeing the longer term benefits, My (nearly!) 50 year old eyes love it! I will be trying lots more from the range.
Ordered this few weeks ago and the pump was broke amazon didnt fix my issue so the company directly contacted me after seeing my review and refunded me so i re bought it and 10/10 for customer service and the product actually works would defo recomend give it about 2/3 weeks of use and you will see thin deep lines disapear very pleased with this my new fav eye cream ..
